The team-mates at work seem to be having fun or the kids are saying something but you just want to tell them to be quiet. Since when has Anger come so easily to you, you may wonder?
Suddenly you feel like you have nothing to look forward to and life is such a dull, sorry bore. Depression is a more serious condition caused due to lack of sleep.
Your daily duties that usually come easy seem like an uphill task. The lack of concentration can have serious consequences.
Temporary memory loss will occur when you haven't had your proper night's rest.
Remember that complete, undisturbed sleep is a necessity. It is time to consider all these signs seriously and understand that your body is communicating what it so badly needs.
Time for a Beautiful Sleep
Partying all night long, watching a post midnight show or just driving around town at 3 am is thrilling…once in a while. Sleeping late regularly not only has serious health implications but also affects your beauty.
Dark Circles are unattractive and ugly and make for embarrassing add-ons on your face. These are caused because of fatigue, which is a result of insufficient sleep.
Bags under the eyes look like puffed little sacks and make for an unwanted face addition.
Face wrinkles add years to you and if you have regular late nights then this is what you will have.

- Avoid snacks just before bed
- Avoid a very heavy dinner
- Replace caffeine with a glass of warm milk
- Keep the bedroom as dark as possible
- Maintain a moderate temperature in the bedroom
Sleep is good and essential. So go ahead and get the required amount of hours in, you and your body deserve it.
