The gurus: Mickey Mehta, India's leading holistic health guru, with an impressive list of celebrity clientele including industrialist Anil Ambani, actors Aftab Shivdasani, Tanushree Dutta and model Shamita Singha. And Prashant Sawant made it possible for Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's six packs in the movie Om Shanti Om!

Mickey: He has a fabulous upper body. His shoulders are well-built. Broad, well-toned and well muscled. He has the perfect amount of muscle for his height and body structure.
Hrithik concentrates on toning his shoulders, chest, arms and abs. There are various upper body exercises and it is difficult to say what he is doing right now. But from the look of his body it is hardcore upper-body workouts.
He is also known to drink at least four bottles of water everyday.
